Power comes from a beefed-up Chevrolet 350 V8 mated to a Chevy 350 automatic transmission with a mild shift kit and Lokar shifter. Performance upgrades include a Holley 600 CFM double-pumper carburetor, Mallory ignition system, Sanderson ceramic-coated headers with exhaust cutouts, and 2 -inch exhaust flowing through Flowmaster mufflers. Cooling is handled by a Brass Works 4-row radiator.
