Offered for sale is an exceptional 1968 Triumph TR250, a rare one-year-only model that combined the elegant TR4A body with the next-generation TR6 inline-six powerplant. Only 4,800 TR250s were produced, and it's estimated that just 600 remain on the road today, making this one of the most collectible Triumphs of the era.
Mechanical Restoration
Over the past five years, this TR250 has been completely refurbished mechanically from headlights to taillights, with the goal of making it as reliable and enjoyable as the day it left the factory. It is currently in sound running condition equal to new, and every system has been properly sorted for both performance and drivability.
Power comes from Triumph's 2,500cc inline-six engine, mated to a 4-speed gearbox with electric overdrive, allowing effortless cruising at modern highway speeds. The car runs smoothly, shifts crisply, and has the stamina to hold 70 "80 mph all day long.
